REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Book Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for “Life Sucks: Get Over It.” Customers must notify Nicole Austin Company within 7 days of receiving the product if they wish to request an exchange. Exchanges will only be processed if the product is received damaged.

Course and Class Refunds

Customers or students will receive a partial refund of 50% of the tuition paid if they cancel a course or class within 48 hours of the course or class start date by notifying Nicole Austin Company in writing via email or the contact form.

If the company is not notified within 48 hours of the start date, no refunds will be issued.

Life Coaching Sessions

There are no refunds for Life Coaching sessions.

Payments may be transferred one time toward a rescheduled appointment, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session and another appointment time is available.

Alternatively, payments may be applied toward other products or services offered by Nicole Austin Company, LLC.

Subscriptions

Clients are responsible for canceling their own subscriptions.

No refunds will be issued for any plans or subscriptions, including those with unused sessions.
